Boston BioProducts is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Associate to support the day-to-day sales and operations activities including order processing, custom project support, and other sales/customer related tasks.

Accountabilities*

• Process orders in Order Management System
• Review and approve orders for shipment
• Support quote generation for Commercial Operations
• Log opportunities, deals, quotes in CRM
• Communicate with the Process Development team and keep log of onboarding form generations, custom projects
• Coordinate with Logistics on outgoing orders and schedule changes
• Support the Commercial Operations Lead with customer communications regarding custom projects
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing other tasks on an as needed basis
• Provide necessary information to Manufacturing and Warehouse teams as needed
• Assist in special projects as set by Commercial Operations Lead

Skills and Experience

• Associates Degree in a business, communications, or STEM related major
• Experience in data entry, order processing preferred
• Experience using data entry or order processing software
• Experience using a CRM

• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Polished and professional customer communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams
• Ability to learn new software tools related to the job
• Articulate, eloquent, and friendly public speaking capabilities
